Description

2010 Ford Transit Connect XL with 112K miles. Two owners (one including myself), no accidents, CarFax available. DIY converted camper: includes the following: two 200 watt monocrystalline solar on roof, 1500 watt pure sine inverter, 100 AH Zooms brand lithium battery, 12v battery warmer, installed vented 2K diesel heater, in/out roof vent fan with LED light, LED ceiling lights, RV sliding side window with bug screen, 15 amp external shore power connection, sink with electric pump, 7 gallon fresh water, 2 gallon gray talk with dump valve, bed frame with storage underneath. The van is fully-insulated with 1 inch foam board in floors, sides, and ceiling. Commercial partition between driver compartment and cargo area (can be removed by buyer accord to needs).
I have owned it for only 10 months, but recent changes in personal health status (cancer survivor) caused me to change course and priorities. When I bought the van 10 months ago, I had the Koon’s Ford dealership in Falls Church do everything to make the mechanics of the van like new: all new tires (Firestone Weathergrip All Season), 4 new tire monitors, new alternator, new upper and lower engine mounts, new tire rods, new battery, new belts and hoses, new intake boot, new front speed sensors, new front axel shaft assembly, flushed all fluids – total bill was over $5K. I wanted everything done to bring the van to tip-top condition. I have all receipts. The original owner used it as a local fleet vehicle for fiber optic telephone installations, and it was maintained regularly, which I also have those records, too. I have priced the vehicle to sell quickly, highly competitive price for a well-maintained documented vehicle.
The van is located in Washington, DC (Dupont Circle neighborhood). Cash sale: cashiers check. I have clean title in hand. You will need to arrange for your temp tags upon delivery. Prefer to sign contract and title docs at the bank on which your cashier’s check is drawn.
If sold as a camper, I will be keeping the DC refrigerator, TV, and mini AC.

Van can also be sold as a plain cargo van without camping equipment for: $9,500.
