Good condition and clean! Shower separate from toilet area. Walk around queen bed. Slider for dinnette and full sofa. Separate chair. Needs one leveling jack, small awning over side without door, blinds and mattress. Everything works! Replaced refrigerator mother board, sealed roof with $130 sealer. Professionally cleaned chair, sofa, cab chairs and carpet in cab. Replaced shower head, bath sink faucet, newer flooring. Generator works great. Replaced both shower skylights, engine battery and charger converter. LED lighting throughout.
