This is one of the best if not the best cold weather RV made.
These are made in Canada specifically for cold temperatures. We left Minnesota heading south last February and the temperature got down to 0 degrees a couple nights and we had no problems with water on board.
We bought this 2 and a half years ago and fell in love with the RV lifestyle, so we are going bigger.
This RV has been stored in heated storage the entirety of our ownership.
Everything works as it should except the side view cameras, we never took the time to check out what was wrong with them because we didn't have any issues maneuvering without them.
The title says 2011 because that was when the chassis was produced, but the coach is a 2012 model because that is the year they switched to all LED lights and added the side view cameras. There is a dent/scratch in the spare tire cover and the ladder had been hit prior to our ownership, but the ladder is still usable (see pictures). The batteries were new as of 9/20 and the tires are about 50% and I will be putting new Michelin tires on before it is sold.
