Why is the price so low? Because I know the markup on RV's at dealerships and I'd rather you get the deal and cut out the middle man. My mom was living with me and bought this 9 months before she passed away, she really wanted to be able to drive off into the sunset and have grand adventures. I'd like to know that someone else is going to have grand adventures with it!

As far as I'm aware, everything works. I have not slept in it nor have I taken it on a long trip. I have driven it and it drives great. I had it on consignment and the dealership at the time gave it a check and found nothing wrong with it.

The couch is after market, the original owners took out the factory seating and replaced with the current pull out loveseat.
