Built in March, 2021 and still like new. It was purchased barely used in February of 2022. We bought it to see how we liked the RV life and now we're having a small custom made camper built and need a new home for 'Little Al.' After tent camping for many years it was time to get off the ground. This is like a hard shell tent with hot and cold running water. It pops up in less than a minute and goes down nearly as fast. We took a dozen trips this past summer and only stayed in RV parks a few nights so it's great for park campgrounds or boondocking.
