Clean, well maintained toy hauler RV. Garage has never been used to haul "toys". The 6 point hydraulic leveling system makes setting up on site a breeze! We have enjoyed many camping evenings sitting out on the patio deck taking in the scenery. Plenty of room to bring friends and family on those memory making camping trips with the 2 queen bed configuration in the garage and loft. The additional 1/2 bath makes it very convenient also! 50 amp service and Onan 5500 generator allow you to take this RV anywhere. The 3 AC units keep the unit cool in the summer and the built in electric fire place and heater keeps the main area warm and cozy when it gets chilly outside. Outside TV makes for great game watching during those tailgating events and the 3 other TV's in the coach give flexibilty to those inside. Health issues have forced us to put our unit on the market.
