Camper is in excellent condition! Everything is in working order, AC is ice cold, kitchen is well equipped and has tons of storage. Two tvs, one in main area (which swivels to bedroom to watch in there if desired) and one in bunk house, has aluminum water heater (does not require anode!) comes with a gas grill that hooks up back by the large outdoor kitchen, which has a huge additional fridge/freezer and sink. Battery is in good condition and both propane tanks are in working order. Large electric awning. Has some slight dings/blemishes from very minimal usage. Comes with an upgraded memory foam mattress in main bedroom ($350 value) also has guard rail for upper bunk for the kiddos. We have loved this camper for our family just ran out of time to use it to its fullest. Have title in hand. Reasonable offers considered, also have equalizer hitch with all parts available for additional cost or could work into the deal.
