The 36PDQ layout is widley considered the most luxurious layout of the Cayman XL lineup with 4 slides, a large pass through bathroom; a combo washer / dryer, and sleeping capabilities for 4. The bedroom boasts plenty of walking room with opposing slides and lots of closet space.In the front, a huge kitchen with plenty of pull out drawers makes longer trips easy. Need to get some work done? No problem thanks to the 2 seater desk / table arrangement.
This Monaco is very lightly used; just 22,867 miles on the odometer. There are some clear-coat issues towards the top of the front and back fiverglass caps, which is normal for a coach of this age. However, the interior is in very good condition. The upholstery has no tears, cracking, or peeling in any of the furniture pieces. The cabinetry is solid wood, with little to no signs of wear.
The current owners bought this vehicle recently while transitioning from Texas to Baldwin County Alabama: just in case they sold their property before they were able to find a new home. Luckily, that was not the case, and so their need for their Monaco has ended. They keep their RV under covered storage and driven at least once a month for maintenance.
This Monaco has recently been checked at a local RV service center where they replaced the hydraulic reservoir and have ordered a rubber slide gasket on the bedroom closet slide. Pictured above is where some water was sitting on the carpet due to the failed gasket seal. There is a minor soft spot underneath that will be checked when the new rubber gasket is installed in the next couple weeks. *UPDATE 9-5-2022 Owner is having the soft spot repaired while in the shop for the new slide gasket seal*
