Priced competetively/below market. You will never feel crowded or lacking any amenities in this spacious floorplan that includes a bunkhouse and kitchen island. Selling because we are outgrowing the towing vehicle and want to explore motorcoach traveling and camping in a Class C. Definitely not outgrowing this camper! Things we love about this camper:
- The kitchen: hard countertops, large residential sink in island, double door fridge, premium microwave, gas stove AND oven
- Bunkhouse for the kids (2 bunks PLUS a sleeper sofa) on other side of camper from master BR
- Electric fireplace: heats up entire camper, hardly have to use propane heater
- Natural, bright lighting: 3 skylights throughout the cabin makes it feel even more open
- 4 season camping: great insulation, heated tanks
- Storage: plenty of cabinets, closets, and storage
- Small luxuries: Electric stabilizers, nautilus water panel, electric tongue jack, outdoor kitchen, backup camera
- 50 amp system with 2 AC units (30 amps will power everything and 1 AC).

Notes:
- I have always winterized every winter regardless of location in SC or AL. As we have seen it still freezes down here and a little prep pays off.
- We removed the theater seating and replaced with an IKEA futon type sofa
- Added a soundbar, wired to TV, and bluetooth connectivity to phone
- Most accessories such as Covercraft RV cover ($600), Furrion backup camera and in-cab screen ($500), wheel covers, wheel levelers, etc comes with sale
- Replaced one tire Oct '22 due to uneven wear, then had entire trailer professionally aligned to prevent future issues (other tires are good condition)
- Small dent on aluminum faring (cosmetic only)
- Few minor tears in the outer membrane only, along a 3ft section of edge of roof. Resealed the edge - does not leak.
- I walk the roof often to clean and inspect - no issues
- Had an issue with the refrigerator in propane mode over the summer, replaced the motherboard and valve regulator and everything is good as new
