Description
Update: A dealer just told me they would sell this for $38k, so I've dropped it $5k to around $35k.
This is essentially a brand-new toy hauler. I took it out once for a few days in the year I had it (one round-trip to Portland, so only a few hundred miles total), and I've simply decided to go in a different direction (I bought this at the height of covid when there was no inventory available, and I want to downsize to something smaller from this toy hauler). The specs can be found here: https://www.jayco.com/rvs/toy-haulers/2021-jay-flight-octane/255/
I just brought it into the dealer for a recall, so it should be current with any repairs, and there's no damage/everything works. The "worst" problem I'm aware of is that one of the red plastic covers fell off one of the small rear lights across the top of the rear (you can see this in the rear exterior pic). You can see the remote for the sound system is still in its plastic wrap, and I've never even sat on the small fold-out couch or used the stove or oven (other than testing to ensure they work). This is as like-new as can be, and it's currently winterized as well.
I've priced this with what's remaining in my loan to sell quickly, so the price is firm. You're effectively picking this up after my down payment and over year of payments, and I also paid for the exterior coating when I originally purchased this because they recommended against getting a cover with the dusty climate we're in (apparently the dust gets under the cover and can cause scratches, etc.)
The huge awning is awesome, and the ramp doubles as a party patio with fenced-in sides to keep pets and small children contained. It can comfortably sleep six across three queen sleeping areas (two of the three are the commonly-seen HappiJac system that allows the bed and couches to be lowered/raised to accommodate whatever toys you're traveling with).
If someone picks this up before the end of the year, I'll also throw in the accessories (from dishes to the exterior surge protector) that are worth $750-1000, and I'll knock an extra $1k off the total.
Please reach out if you have any questions.
