For Sale is a beautiful hand crafted Promaster 1500 136” High Roof camper van. After owning many vans, rv’s and tiny homes, I began building custom camper vans in 2019. This is my 8th van build and 3rd Promaster which was built indoors in my 5000 sqf shop. Some of the features that set this van apart are the 80/20 construction extruded aluminum framing, one piece floor, CNC Baltic birch plywood cabinets and walls, aluminum ‘furring strips,’ all stainless steel hardware, 3m thinsulate insulation, large skylight, all victron components, 400AH SOK lithium batteries, Blue sea breaker Panels, DC powered hot water heater, and all Uponor Wirsbo expansion Pex plumbing and fittings. The diesel heater is a Webasto Air Top 2000. It comes with a one of a kind folding indoor shower with full brass shower head and thermostatic shower valve and linear shower drain. I chose a composting toilet for this build which is fully vented and easily slides out from under the bed. The countertop is a very nice solid butcher block made from European Walnut. The drawer and cabinet faces are a thick walnut veneer over Baltic birch. The walls are CNC cut from pre-finished maple and the cabinets are CNC cut from 3/4” Baltic birch. The faucet is a high end Delta and the sink is a thick stainless steel workstation sink. I build my own hot water heaters using DC components. It only consumes 200 watts and can run 24/7 if desired. The thermostat is set to 170 degrees so you always have piping hot water. There is also a quick connect to allow you to attach a hose and easily drain the system for winterizing. The floor of the vehicle is comprised of the factory 1 piece marine grade ply with a van tread CNC foam 1 piece floor underneath which comforms to the channels in the van so that there is no bounce or squeaks in the flooring. This is all attached to the factory floor points. The kitchen galley is made entirely out of 80/20 extruded aluminum which was cut and milled for hidden fasteners. The drawers are all push to open. The fridge is a truck fridge TF130 DC or AC with a custom stainless steel front. On the outside of the vehicle the suspension has been upgraded with Sumo Super Springs and larger 245/75/16 K02 All Terain snow rated tires have been added.
