Well maintained 2016 Jayco Designer 37FB. Used first three years as full-timers, then last two years at 50% summering in Maine. Bearings repacked twice since original purchase. New H-rated Goodyear tires installed before hauling to Maine two years ago. Unit still has extended warranty until October, 2023 which is transferrable to new owner. Warranty has a $100 deductible. Unit has lots of features such as full-body paint, electric fireplace, heat pump on one of the A/C units, dishwasher, induction cooktop which is great if you have never cooked on one before, convection microwave/oven combo, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, built in wifi network, 3 tvs, slide out awnings, heated underbelly, extreme weather package. Unit is a 1 1/2 bath which is very nice when entertaining or having people staying with you. Just too many options to list, so the original sticker is provided.

Although unit has generator prep package, we removed the fuel tank for more storage. The unit has washer/dryer and solar prep as well. Original couch was replaced in 2022 with residential couch w/sleeper.
