Our camper is in excellent condition. We love the layout especially the large bathroom and the large amount of storage. Everything works like it should except the tank monitoring gauges which work but don't always read correctly (common problem). It has an upgraded residential queen mattress in bedroom plus an added tv. We are the 2nd owners. First owner owned it for 3 months and camped in it 3 times. We have camped in it about 10 times in 2 years. We have also added vent covers and a TPMS system. Just about everything you need to start camping is included. Included is a Blue Ox weight distribution hitch, sewer and water hoses, surge protector, water filters, water pressure reducer, x-chocks and Anderson leveling blocks. Just put your personal items in and your ready to go camping. It has been winterized for the season.
