Our loss.is YOUR gain. We had our trailer built with almost every available option. We had it delivered to a small rustic campgound in Massachusetts on a "seasonal" site, where our family is. ( We live in Florida.) It was delivered about 95 miles from the dealer.

We are very recently retired. Our dream plan.was to leave the trailer at the campground year round and go up in the summer for a few months to visit with our kids, family and especially our autistic grandson.
Well, the campground has informed us of a “new policy” stating that “you must vacate for 5 days each month”. We can't do that.
So, it's for sale. It's winterized, covered, ready to go, and everything goes with it. We will seriously consider and most likely accept the highest realistic cash offer on it received over the next couple of weeks provided that you can come and take delivery of it before winter. Otherwise, we will need to “sit on it” until spring to sell it.
2023 models are in the $80K+ price range without all of our extras.
