The Beacon has been lived in full-time since purchase in September 2019. The RV has not had any smokers but I did have pets, a dog and 2 cats. The Beacon shows some blemishes from full-time living but is in good condition throughout. The dinette counter and chairs were removed and I will work with new owner on what to put back into the dinette area. The bedroom closet sliding doors were removed due to frames coming loose. Curtains will be replacing the sliding doors in the closet area. The Beacon has most of the standard features offered but does not have the washer/dryer and does not have an onboard generator. I do have two portable inverter generators with parallel hook-up kit that will run all three A/C units at same time. Other than testing the generators, I have not had to use them. The Beacon has 3 A/C units and the middle unit has the heat pump option. There is a king bed in the bedroom. The Beacon has the Truma On Demand hot water heater. The roof has recently had the Flex-Armour spray-on roofing installed by the SC in MS and has a lifetime warranty that transfers to the new owner. All appliances and A/C units are original to the Beacon. All appliances are in working order. The Furrion Gas Oven has never been used. The exterior is also in good shape. The unit has not been on the road much with about 3000 miles since purchased. Tires still have good thread with no noticeable wear. The axle, shackles and springs do not show any defects.
