We sold everything a few years ago, and bought this camper to go full-time RVing. My wife is a cancer survivor, and I'm retired military with a spinal fusion as a result of jumping out of airplanes for a living. Because of these two things, we decided, while we were still young enough, to live our dream, We decided to go "all-out" on our purchase, and even made a few nice-to-have upgrades. Unfortunately, we had another family issue which required our attention, and put an indefinite end to full-timing for us. This unit is too nice to just sit and collect dust, so let it become your family's new adventure for cheaper than a new model, with some very nice upgrades.
This camper is 40' 7" long (41' for lack of an argument), and has 6 slideouts. The bedroom is a "slide within a slide" (a telescoping slide) with windows on each side of the bed which allows for great cross ventilation.
There is a Cummins/Onan 5Kw Propane Generator with less than 100 hours on it, a MORryde 2-way Cargo Sliding Tray in the basement (500 lbs. capable), MORryde Stepabove Steps, a storage box under the entry door, a King size Memory Foam Mattress, and other niceties like SnapPads for all 6 landing gear "legs". It has 50 AMP service, which means that you can run the 2 A/C Units and other electric appliances at the same time, 2-14.2 Lb Propane Tanks, Washer/Dryer prep (Not in ours, that closet was used as storage). There is an actual Residential Refrigerator, a Convection/Microwave Oven, and three burner propane stove in the kitchen, with oven below. There is an island in the kitchen with ample storage and two side by side sinks and plentiful drawer space. Speaking of storage space, this camper is capable of carrying almost 2,500 lbs. Heated underbelly, and a very cozy furnace. Two separate thermostats; one for "downstairs", and the other for the bedroom. There are two TVs in the unit, the smaller one is in the bedroom, and is 40". There are also 2 fireplaces in the same places. 18' powerawning, and slide toppers on all slides.
If you are seriously interested in this, I am negotiable. You can look up comparable campers with this floorplan, and you'll notice that many are priced way above this WITHOUT all of the above options. The decals on the unit aren't in the greatest shape, but everything else is in pretty decent condition.
