2017 Winnebago Itasca Spirit 31G with tailgate package for sale by owner. Coach is in overall great condition. I am the 2nd owner- bought from original owner with 2,510 miles on the odometer and 2 hours on the generator. The coach has self leveling hydraulic jacks- nice feature! Heated holding tanks. 3 TV`s inside and one outside. Tailgate package includes outside TV, mini fridge in outside storage, quick connect gas hookup for grill or fish cooker(will include grill),outside stereo and LED strip light underneath the awning. Entire driver side wall slides out. Has 2 bunks on the slide out wall. Queen size bed in cab over area and in the master. Couch and table converts to bed. Can sleep 10. Sleeps 7 very comfortably. Convection microwave oven. Gas stove top and oven. Large corner shower with jack and jill type access as shown in pictures- great feature. Onan 4000 generator has 1600 hours on it. Rebuilt at 100 hours by McKoins in Monroe La (certified Onan dealer)- covered by warranty. The motorhome has a 5 year warranty that is good through August 2023. The oil has been changed at least every 3000 miles. Tires in great condition with newest tires on the front. Ford Triton 10 cylinder gas burning engine- runs great.
