History: Used for 3 seasons (20, 21, 22). Non smokers, no pets. Stored outside. Estimated 7k miles on the tires. Just about 6/32" of tread left on the outer tread. Replaced battery spring of ‘22. Winterized each year. Dealership replaced propane regulator March ‘22 (factory recall).

Minor flaws: We know people travel to purchase these RVs, so here are the flaws we are aware of. Photos are included.

• Both of the knobs on the outdoor kitchen got melted by a frying pan (but are still functional)
• The motorized nose jack blows the 30 amp fuse if you hold the button after it’s fully extended or retracted (we can send you with extra fuses)
• Quarter sized hole in bedroom wall, small scuffs on cabinets and doors
• The gas connection to the outdoor kitchen can be finicky, you have to have the right touch!
• There is a recall on the cabinet door handles because the corners are sharp. We can share the recall notice and a dealership can replace them.
