Rig drives great even up mountain hills. 100gal water, 80 black, two ducted ACs, Convection Microwave, Room for Washer dryer, you could even install a dishwasher.

This RV is for you if you want extra space, work areas (I even converted the pass seat to a full office for two years), an awesome walk-around bed, a huge shower, and a bathroom. Beautiful interior, an awesome fireplace (no heat option provides the glow every day), and simply a very comfortable and beautiful living space.

What I loved about this rig was the layout. The 38' self-contained RV is a perfect setup for the differentiation of rooms. You have distinct areas to be in. The bedroom, the bath, the kitchen/dining, or the front living room. I hung a curtain up front, and even the front cab becomes its own area. You can't do that in 99% of the RVs on the market!

The outside paint is perfect except for some minor unnoticeable scuffs along the bottom. The rig did have a skirt around it one winter, and the snaps are still affixed. There are also snaps in place for window covers, except now the front and sides have magnet shades which are wonderful to quickly cover the windows.

This is rig is truly a "condo on wheels" and provides you with the feeling of an apartment with different rooms.
