RV has Mercedes five cylinder turbo charged diesel engine that gets 16-18 MPG and does not use DEF and its extra equipment. The J model comes with a fulltime rear corner bed; rear bathroom with separate shower, toilet and sink; kitchen with 2 door refrigerator, 3 burner stove, microwave/convection oven and sink; slide-out with two bench dinette opposite kitchen; Heki skylight with built in screen and shade; 25,000 BTU floor ducted propane furnace; brand new Houghton ducted 15,000 BTU A/C with Heat Pump plus remote control; excellent storage with multiple cabinets and drawers made of real wood with rounded doors; more storage in compartment over cab and under bed for larger items (see photos).

RV spent most of its life in Southern California (Palm Springs) and has no chassis rust.

Extras include solar panel on roof, Blue Sky Solar Energy Solar Controller, Tri-Metric volts, amps & battery % power display, inverter, Trik-L-Charge to maintain chassis battery, Roadmaster anti-sway bar, Koni Red rear shocks, Crossfire Dual Tire Equalization & pressure display, Espar heater (never used), awning (never used), kitchen sink water filter w/ extra filters (never used), Cummins Onan MicroQuiet 3600 generator w/ 218 hours, propane & electric water heater, front windshield cover, Brush Grille Guard. Many personal extras which can be retained or trashed.

Since ownership (4/2017): Annual A and B services performed, much of cooling system (which has transmission cooler) replaced with new plus new Harmonic Balancer (10/2018), 2 new Interstate GC2 6 volt batteries (09/2019), all 5 glow plugs (one was bad) (12/2021), and, most recently (05/2022), all five pistons (one failed) and connecting rods plus turbo charger were replaced (with 17 month Mercedes warranty remaining) by the legendary Justin Copley at Maple Shade Mercedes Vans in New Jersey plus Justin's inspection confirms no frame rust.
