Off Grid with/without land.
This 2021 Momentum 393G is like new, frig. stove never been used.
Maybe slept. in a couple nights.
I wanted off-grid and had dealer install a Solar package on it of 1200 watts including 6 residential solar panels and big jell batteries. It works great. In the hot summer you need the 5500 watt Onan generator to run all A/Cs. It's has 3 AC's but two were enough for us to cool it.
3 A/Cs, 1 bath and 1/2, 30 gallon gas tank for gen. and toys. Washer/dryer hook-ups.

This beautiful unit sits on approx. 7 acres up against the Ouachita National Forrest on three sides and a big creek/small river on the fourth side that empties into Lake Ouachita. Iron Fork rec. area on Lake Ouachita 2 miles away.
