We have owned this beautiful residential 5th wheel RV since 2017. It is loaded with features and upgrades and has been well taken care of. Includes winter package with extra insulation and tank heaters. Residential size refrigerator-freezer. King bed. Will include Winegard X2 Portable Satellite antenna with Dish Network Wally Receiver. Good sized bathroom with tall shower and porcelain stool. Hide-a-bed. Lots of storage. 2 ACs. Upgraded with four 6-V Trojan T-105 deep cell batteries for off-the-grid use, MOR/ryde solid entry door steps and RVLock keyless entry door lock. Plumbed for washer/dryer. Set up for towing with the Andersen Ultimate Hitch which I will include for $400. We are retired and have spent the last two winters in Texas with it. The only problem we encountered in 5 years of ownership was replacing an inexpensive sail-switch on the furnace. Four new tires last year. New awning last year. Years of seasonal family fun left on this RV or live in it full time! Great for retirees. Will consider delivery for gas money if not too far.

Note: We purchased this nearly brand new Sanibel with a state of Kansas “rebuilt” title from Central RV in Ottawa, KS. Central RV specializes in RV repair and they do fabulous work. We could literally find nothing wrong with it and it has been trouble free.
