I am the second owner, first one being a retired marine veteran with 0 tolerance for problems. He was diligent with maintenance and care, no smoking, no pets, no accidents and limited travel with only good roads. Since I've owned it I replaced the plugs, wires, coolant, Allison filter and fluid, air filter, alternator, headlights, 6 tires, leveling jack solenoids, Samsung smart tv, bluetooth radio, etc. Solid fiberglass roof, no delamination, no leaks and all systems work well. It drives straight and smooth. No drama with this RV because I planned on taking it across county. Awning and slide toppers need replacing soon but are usable. We removed some decals that are cracking and if the rest were removed it would look good. We were going to update flooring but choose not to because someone may have different taste, again you can use it as is. Definitely a difference with a tiffin with materials and fit and finish.
