Selling for aging family member. Husband passed away and he was the primary driver and operator and maintained it. Its too much vehicle for her. Was purchased in 2015 for $800k. It had every bell and whistle you could have in 2015. She added 2 slideouts that were $100k each. This coach was lived in and will need a bit of love on a couple interior cosmetic things. It has all new batteries and is mechanically sound. With that being said, she priced it super low with the idea that a person could get this amazing coach for $300k put another $25k- $50k into making it their own on the inside and then have a half a million dollar rig with decades of life in it. The coach is located in Shakopee Minnesota. It was in Florida and Vegas for its entire life until her husband passed and it was driven up in the spring of 2019. It has never driven on salted roads. At $300,000 this is a serious bargain. The owner of C&J bus company did a full inspection and said this machine is easily worth $325,000 -$350000 the way it sits right now. So to cut all the tire kicking BS out, she agreed to $300000 for a fast sale. Again it was lived in, it could use some updated upholstery and blinds for cosmetic reasons. So with 25-50k of personalized interior updates, this outfit is worth $500k all day. If i helped her take the time to do the few small updates on the inside, we would be posting it for $380,000-$425,000. So let her loss be your gain on this beautiful machine. She has miles of reciepts for all the upgrades and extras and maintenance. It was drivin up north in the summer, and it was winterized and then parked. It had snow fall on it, but has never drivin on salt. She does not need to sell, but its a shame that it just stays parked.
