Renovation in progress. Starts and runs, reverse stopped working a couple weeks ago and needs a servo adjustment. I have scheduled one November 14 at T&B Transmission in Chelsea. Transferable appointment. Likely fixed for about $600 for just a servo. Worst case scenario $2400 rebuild. Work will be completed by Nov. 20.

This had been parked in a garage in PA since it was new, in 2020 driven to Bar Harbor. An oil change sticker from 1985 shows 36,800 miles. 413cu.in. Dodge motor and 3 speed auto trans now have 40,270 miles. Both fuel tanks are good. Underside is in very good condition. Roof is solid and has a new coat of silicone Henry Tropicool.Lots of work done in the past 4K miles. Tires, brakes, radiator, mattress. The price may continue to increase as I put more and more time into it. I have another project, I’m moving in a couple months, and I don’t have enough time for the project anymore. Make an offer.
Hooks up to a standard 110V AC outlet with its own 25` cord. A propane line/vent is in place if you want a propane fridge. Propane range and oven work, as does the water heater, an original 6gal which could probably stand to be upgraded someday. Black water system works and has a heater pad and insulation. 4 good batteries included. Can sleep 4 adults separately. Shower stall is fine, the original fiberglass floor pan is in great shape and the ceramic toilet works. The light and fan work.
Still available, if it is listed it is available. I probably will not respond to that question. Can include free Outdoor WiFi-extender if you want. Lots of potential extra shelving, drawers and project wood.
