Purchased in February 2018 at CASITA factory, Rice, Texas. Driven one long trip in 2018 for approximately 6500 miles. An extensive trip planned for 2020 was cancelled and prevented due to Covid -19 Pandemic. It has been safely and securely stored since that time. Given our ages we will now no longer engage in traveling with a travel trailer. Condition is "MINT". It looks and feels like new. I can gladly supply a list of the many factory extras which were purchased at time of sale and were included in the original purchase price. Additionally, I can provide a list (Invoice = $3631.99) of further extras installed by "Little House Customs" in Quitman,Texas just subsequent to unit purchase.
