Miranda is a sweet and nimble travel trailer, perfect for a couple or small family. She has a kitchen slide out, brand new queen bed and wet bath. The dinette folds to a second queen bed, and for our furry friends, I have installed a cat door into the dinette seat with outdoor access. There is plenty of under bed and under dinette storage accessed by outside hatches - even a secret, under bench compartment in the dinette! This small, but functional, kitchen has fed groups of up to 10 but was wonderful for just myself when I was fulltime for 3 months. Though the fridge is compact it will hold a couple of full sized wine bottles and the microwave convection oven is pristine. The 6 gallon water heater and compact fridge run on both electric or propane, making this a great option for those who like to boondock. I am the second owner and Miranda was well loved by both of her owners, she's clean, smells good and honestly has to be seen to be believed.

The downfalls that are reflected in the price are as follows. The AC has recently stopped working and may need replacing, there is a patch of wallpaper in the shower stall that has been stretched and the rear wall was completely replaced after water damage was discovered. To repair the damage all of the rear insulation and wall paneling on the rear wall was removed and replaced, and while we were making repairs the matress was replaced. The window and rear lights have been resealed and the rear frame was reinforced to accomodate the wood paneling that replaced the fiberboard. Feel free to price compare - you will find that these models are selling for $2,000 - $5,000 MORE than my asking price - if you can find them! Therefore, I am not joshing you when I say my price is firm, I have already accomodated for the AC repair needed. But to sweeten the deal I am including the block levelers, chocks, tow hitch with ride stablizer and cover to help get you on the road that much quicker.

This sweet little camper has been an excellent home for a novice RV owner and can be for you too!! At only 8 ft wide and 9.25 ft tall, she tracks solidly right behind you when you tow and does not require tow mirrors. She has a hitch weight of 340 lbs and can be towed by a full sized SUV. Unfortunatly I have found something even smaller and she's just too big for my needs so now I have title in hand and will be able to sell immediately for cash or money order. No financing and no personal checks, no exceptions.
