We are the second owners and have enjoyed our 2 years with this camper but we finally have a truck and can upgrade- we have older teenagers and need them to have more personal space. I know some of you can relate.

Camper has canopy awning, A/C, 2cu. ft. refrigerator, outside shower, 2 bunk lights with fans, water and electric hookups.
Both tires were replaced this summer.
Cook stove can be used inside or outside.
Custom rack was built for extra storage above the sink and will come with the camper. (Post holders were glued NOT drilled into camper roof and counter.)

Camper was stored in a storage locker in the winter and also comes with the weather repellent cover we bought for it. Camper comes from a non smoking home and was towed with a Dodge Grand Caravan.

There is a place where the trim is coming up on the entrance way counter and 2 scratches in the wall under the dining table.
