I'm moving and have to sell my beloved RV. Hoping to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I do to pass it on to. I have been using it as a tiny house, could easily be used for camping/road tripping if desired.

Size: 34 ft in length. The ceiling is about 10ft tall in the main living area, and about 6.5ft tall in the bedroom. There are three slide outs, two in the main area and one in the bedroom

Energy & Water:
-12000 BTU Pioneer mini split for heat & ac, an ENVI efficiency wall heater for the coldest winter days, and a catalytic heater (propane) as back up in case of power outage
-The RV is a Keystone Montana (well known as one of the better four season RVs) with a "winter package" (extra insulation in walls, floor, and ceiling)
-A full set of Airskirts (inflatable tubes) for insulation underneath the trailer - works really well!
-Natureshead composting toilet and fully working 36" square shower with efficiency shower head
-Grey water set up with dry well and insulated Aqua2Use (Matala) filtration system (works well all through winter)
-Brand new RV battery with tender (if using shore power, this is great for back up in case of power outages)

Other notes:
-Rooftop AC and furnace (that are standard in RVs), ceiling fan and light fixtures that could be used if desired
-Price includes TV, microwave, new awning, compost bins (if wanted), hitch for pick up truck and hitch stabilizer while stationary, wheel stabilizers, and other misc tools/supplies
