$6000 under dealer retail!
This is a brand new, never slept in, never had water in, simply put never used 2022 Cirrus Camper. I drove it home 30 miles. and here it sits. It has a transferable three year warranty on the structure. The stickers are still on inside the bathroom and sink. We purchased the camper 8.25.2022. Brought it home and kept using our Airstream Camper. A piece of property we have been longing for is coming available and I just cannot do both. I had the best of intentions, as can be seen by the wooden storage support. I posted limited pictures as I hope you would do a search on the Cirrus 820. This unit is heads and tails above, and better equipped than any other camper on the market; very unique. We live in MN and planned on using in the colder seasons, up to early December and March. It still has the "new car" smell. I would be willing to meet a buyer within reason. I have not listed any of the options, there are none, I did have a Progressive Industries surge protector installed, this is a $653 addition (see pictures). I have a one ton 2019 Chevy Silverado, I barely noticed the load!! The Tork Lifts and Fast Guns if applicable would also be available to you if interested.
