We are the first owners of our 2019 Grand Design Momentum 395M Fifth Wheel/Toy Hauler. We replaced both of the factory door locks with the RVLock brand key fob/fobless entry keypads. Wooden valences were built around windows in master bedroom and hallway for added privacy. We built two twin size wooden bed frames that are stained with natural, toxin free stain and sealed on the upper happy jack system that can be removed. Twin mattresses are not included. Happy jack couches and the table in toy hauler section are in brand new condition as they have never been used and were stored in our temperature controlled storage unit. Rubber flooring in the toy hauler is still underneath the waterproof vinyl planking that is free floating and can be removed. We do have TV's in the master bedroom, garage, and a 50" LG TV in the living room that isn't pictured in main photos or video as it was in storage, but there is a photo uploaded of it.

There is a Queen Tempur-Pedic mattress that is in excellent shape in bedroom. Both benches at the dinette can be used for storage. We also replaced the carpet on the dining table slide with waterproof vinyl planking and the flooring in living area/kitchen is all brand new as well. Factory toilet in main bathroom was replaced with a Dometic High Profile 320 toilet. Washer and dryer hookups are in toy hauler. Cummins Onan 5500 Generator with 152 elapsed hours. Smoke free camper.

We have never hauled or stored any recreational vehicles (toys) in the 12.5 ft garage.
