This camper is in excellent condition and being sold by the original owners. When not being used, it's stored under a 24'x 60' RV Port and well maintained. Since buying this camper all of our upgrades are listed and total over $3,900.00. Some upgrades include BLUE OX SWAY PRO, POWER TONGUE JACK, WIRELESS BACKUP LIGHTS, EXTERIOR UNDER AWNING BLUE LIGHTS, ELECTRIC AWNING MOTOR, 32" VIZIO TV, WINDOW VALANCES IN LIVING AREA and a HARDWIRED REAR CAMERA.

Inside the main entry door is the bathroom. Three wired baskets were added to the wall for added space for toiletries, etc. The kitchen area has a single refrigerator/freezer, microwave, double kitchen sink, three burner range, along with overhead storage space for additional cups and plates. Beside the entry door is a pantry. The living area has a jack knife sofa that converts to a full size bed and has two reclining chairs. The bedroom is located in the front of the camper and has a queen short bed. There is a wardrobe cabinet on each side of the bed for additional storage along with a rod for clothes hanging. Overhead cabinet runs the width of the queen bed for additional upper storage.

The underneath side of the queen bed is insulated along with the pass through with 1" foam insulation. Extra shelves were added in the living room, one each for the reclining chairs and one under the TV. In the bedroom on the curb side an awning switch was added so the awning can be operated from inside of the RV. The switch for the under awning blue lights is also located in the bedroom. Magnetic latches were added on the outside pass through doors for convenience. Red and amber lights were added to the sides of the Rv for better visibility along with two additional brake lights on the back. Finally a three step LIPPERT SOLID STEP was mounted at the entry door which greatly enhances the stability of anyone entering or exiting the RV. Dry weight of the rv is 6575 ibs.
