We purchased this 5th wheel in 2019. Since then it has been used for maybe 3 to 4 months out of a year and stored inside when not in use. We are non-smokers and we had no pets in it. Additional features are 4 seasons pkg., two coach batteries, outdoor entertainment center. We pulled this with a 2020, 2500 Ram using a B&W hitch. They will be sold after we sell the 5th wheel.
