Amazing Coach. Rides Great. Easy to Drive. This is a great running machine with all the amenities you need to enjoy everything from a weekend road trip, to camping with family and friends, to living on the road. We have traveled thru the Smoky Mountains, Colorado, and even to Alaska in style. We have outgrown this RV as a family and have purchased another coach from a private individual that could not take a trade. The deal was right for us and we are willing to pay it forward and make this a Great Deal for the next person. RV comes fully furnished with all the necessaties needed to hit the road (dishes, towels, supplies, tools, etc.). $5,000 below Kelly blue book of $98,900. This coach has been stored indoors when not in use, LOW mileage, exceptionally maintained, great running machine. Lots of extra's. Located in South Dakota. Photos attached are photos from the inspection report done/taken 10/01/2022. Please note that the inspection report says "normal wear /condition for this age of a vehicle" on several points. I think if nothing notable is wrong that is their "standard" fill in the blank answer as it states the condition of the upholstery and we litterally got the coach back from the upholsterer the day before the inspection; having had the dining furniture and both captains chairs completely recovered. Brand new.

Questions asked, 6 gallon water tank and dual heating and cooling units in addition to front/driver area heating and cooling. 2 roof units each. Main Cabin and Sleeping Cabin seperate AC and Heat controls. Engine is rear diesel and MPG is 10.6 on dash for driving around town to the inspection and upholstery shop. Leisurely driving on highway at 65 MPH the coach gets 14-17 MPG depending on grade. Obviously faster speeds and around town driving get less.
