We inherited this RV from my father-in-law and are only selling because we prefer to go boondocking and deep mountain camping where this unit doesn't work as well. This is a great unit for a small family to camp at RV spots with full hookups while touring across the US. It has recently had a full service done to it to include the following: brand new tires, oil & filter change, chassis lube, UV treatment to the roof, new main engine battery, new awning motor, furnace was serviced & new carburetor placed on generator. Has a hitch receiver used to pull our side by side on a flat bed trailer. This coach is in excellent condition and has barely been used as you can tell by the mileage. Clear title in hand.
