Outstanding, new condition. This unit was purchased, delivered, and then not used (see below).

It's fully loaded with an outdoor tikibar/ kitchen/ grill, automatic-self-leveling jacks, a double-wide refrigerator, full size microwave, dvd player, out door shower, and and a separate entrance for immediate access to the guest bath!

The appliances have never been used. The unit has never traveled over the road, so the suspension and tires are brand new.

This is a high end model with five slideouts, including an outdoor bar/ cooking area area with refrigerator, corian countertops, fireplace. Too much to list.

This unit was purchased new in 2016, for $98,000. It was delivered directly to a campground from the dealership, and then not used, due to health issues.

I owned the campground that it was delivered to and Im selling it for my brother. Clear title in hand. The only issue that the unit has, is slight exterior fading, on the front fiberglass, from sitting, which is normal and will polish out.
