Two Owner RV, First Owner bought new and used once before husband passed away, then sat unused. My grandfather bought the unit re-upholstered the seats and cleaned up. Used a few times before he passed and I inhereted it. Runs greats, 280 hours on the engine and 191 hours on the generator. New house batteries. Starts without issue. Everything operates, Underside like new, no rust. Used by myself and wife three times but now we have a newborn and new home. We cannot enjoy using it at this time and I would rather it go to someone who can use it often.

There are two issues
1) The outdoor kitchen floor needs work, But probably good to rework the outdoor setup. I was planning on remodeling the outdoor kitchen but never got to it.
2) The Passenger windshield wiper has a flaw, there are two recalls. one recall was done, however I don't believe the second recall was completed. The first recall did not fix the issue with the wiper system and is the case with this unit. The issue occurs with the passenger wiper linkage and going down the road the wiper will flip over and not return. looking at the linkage it doesn't swing back but gets carried over. When stationary they both work fine, I have not had time to correct the issue. Either shorten the linkage or replace the wiper assembly.
