This Acadia 29ST travel trailer has only been used 3 times and has been winterized since last use. It is in great shape and very comfortable for the whole family, easily sleeping 8. There is a nice-sized bedroom with a queen bed with access to the main storage compartment. The unit features a large slide-out with a U-shaped dinette and a sofa bed. The kitchen has shaker style cabinet doors and a large double door refrigerator. There is a stainless steel microwave, 3 burner stove top with range hood and oven. Wall mounted smart TV and built-in entertainment system (AM/FM/CD/DVD bluetooth stereo system with MP3 plug-in) are included. The jack is electric. The 13,500 BTU A/C unit, heater and quick-recovery DSI water heater are all fully functioning.

The trailer is 32' 11.5" long with a hitch weight of 721 lbs and a GVRW of 9,529 lbs. There are four 2,500 lbs rated stabilizer jacks. The unit holds 2 LP bottles and has LP tank cover. A spare tire is included. Sway-control equalizer included. The Acadia has Everlast construction with 5" snow load roof rafters on 16" centers and 2" wall construction on 16" centers as well as R7 insulation throughout. There is one small area in the bedroom where the floor has softened. There is no other damage to the trailer.
