2018 Thor Outlaw 37RB Toy Hauler Class A Motorhome1 owner, 21,000 miles, 400 hours on generator, has had 4 oil changes, generator was serviced at 200 hours, toilet/black tank has never been used (literally never used), Have used bathroom as a closet, bed above driver/passenger seats has never been lowered so Im assuming plastic is still on mattress, 4 house batteries were replaced august 2021, Axxera front stereo/display is not working (2nd one replaced under warranty by Thor also did not work) I have not replaced it as wasn't sure what to replace it with) That can be addressed, transported 2 kittens for a rescue and there's little punctures on vinyl dash and dinette back from them, there are no bunk beds in garage as I ordered it that way as travel by myself so no need. Overall in very good condition. There is no mattress in the coach as Im sure whoever buys it would like to pick there own. I travel the country as a detailer so its always been kept clean. Currently has 300 gallon fresh water tank in garage (which if someone wanted Im sure thats not a problem) Never been on salty roads , You'll see a photo of right rear cargo doors that were hit with something off the road (does not effect opening/closing of these two doors.
