This is a very sought-after floor plan and the unit is in fantastic condition. Everything works the way it should and it has been a well taken care of. Many extras included – Progressive EMS, JT Strongarm stabilizer jacks, Clearsource Ultra water filtration system, extra 50ft 50Amp power cord, RV lock keyless entry with 2 remotes, upgraded mattress, and 2nd A/C unit in the bedroom. Hitch is also available. B&W Companion slider set up for the Ford factory puck system. We have traveled with this unit for 1 year and it's been a seasonal site for the last 3 so very low mileage. I take it off site every fall and store it at my residence. Had a Grand Design mobile tech take care of the existing warranty issues as well as fix a few other minor things.
