20 year old popup is in great shape. Canvas is good with one or two scratches. Attachable gas BBQ grill included. Awning is 2 years old. Two tires and spare are 2 years old. Refridgerator works great on either AC or DC power or gas.
Cassette toilet usable, but needs new pump. Raising roof needs attention when raising/lowering.
