Beautiful, Well-Maintained Travel Trailer! 

This Jayco Eagle 294CKBS Travel Trailer was traded into our Utah shop just a few days ago. I was blown away when I first walked into it as it has been kept in great condition and felt like a very lightly used trailer for a 2022 model. 

Around the outside, you have an electric tongue jack for easy leveling up and down, and makes unhooking the trailer from your truck that much easier! Behind the tongue jack, you'll find 2 AGM batteries that help to power this trailer! You also have a large pass through storage compartment for storing all of your camping gear, and you can also access your Nautilus water controls that makes winterizing, filling tanks, so much easier! You also have 60 pounds of propane to help power your furnace, water heater and cooking appliances.

The inside of this travel trailer is where your breath will be taken away. This 38-foot travel trailer has 3 slide outs that open up the living space making a trailer feel like a home. As you walk in to your left, you'll be met with a open living room area and kitchen with a dining table that seats 4 and a modified desk area. The previous owner removed the couch and added in a large 2-person desk area to make working remotely a breeze! You have an in-set TV and fireplace as well to complete the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner stove, oven and microwave with plenty of pantry storage all around. The beautiful island in the kitchen with a deep sink for preparing food and washing dishes really makes the kitchen functional for any meal you want to cook on the road. 

As you walk to the front of the trailer, you'll pass by a dry bath with a black tank toilet which holds 32.5 gallons of waste, along with a shower! For your shower, you have a 6-gallon propane water heater allowing you to take nice and refreshing hot showers wherever you are. 

In the very front, you have a large private bedroom, with a huge sliding door closet, a walkaround bed, dresser and best of all…. a washer! This bedroom can become your home away from home and with 81-gallons of fresh water you can utilize that washer to keep your clothes fresh on long cross-country trips.
