Cleaner than New! $60k brand new This camper has only been taken on 2 short 100 mile round trips and has spent the rest of its time in our heated garage. No pets no smoking not a scratch on it. It will show as new. We bought it to take our daughters 4 wheeling but plans have changed. No vehicles were ever put inside of it. Has every available option. Cummins 5500w generator, solar panals, inverter, dual batteries with custom battery/storage box, 2 ac units, ducted furnace with heated underbelly, full patio deck, 2 smart tvs, 50 amp power, 30 gallon fuel station/generator tank. Lots of storage space and is built extremely well. Cargo capacity is about 3500 lbs and there are no slides to leak or block cargo as well. Walls are laminated fiberglass and studs are aluminum, This unit is not a low budget camper. At 12ft the 27kb has a lower overall exterior height and center of gravity than most of the other similar toy haulers on the market and therefore tows straight and smooth. Empty weight is about 7k lbs so any good 1/2 ton with the right hitch should be able to tow it no problem. There are tons of other features that make this camper perfect for off grid or park living. Not pictured are the folding sofas that we took out to lower the rear bed for our daughters and switched out the master bedroom mattress to a California King memory foam mattress. The sofas, 2 zero g recliners and original camper king mattress are unused and in our atic in mint condition. All hoses adapters and any extras that we have can go with it if they are wanted.
