This was our home and was going to be home for years, but life threw us a curve ball and we had to buy a sticks and bricks to take care of family. Our 40-foot home comes with a glass sliding rear door to a large patio with awning. The patio has a gated railing and stairs. We installed a collar-activated dog door and set up dog fencing so our pups could go when they needed to, not when we were available to walk them!

Inside, we upgraded the living room to an arm chair and leather pullout sleeper sofa. The RV has a 3-zone bluetooth sound system (including outdoor speakers), disc player, and tv w/ storage behind. We also upgraded to the multi-season windows throughout making this an all-season, full-time capable, RV home. The kitchen has an 18 cubic-foot RV fridge with plenty of space (and the freezer actually keeps things frozen!) , convection microwave, gas oven/stove and huge pantry with wine glass hanger, sliding spice rack, and the generator control switch. We also upgraded the home with a 30-bottle wine fridge! The bunkroom functioned as my wife's office (we both work from home) and can be set up for any use (bunks, etc.) and has a TV. The front bedroom boasts a cooling memory foam king bed w/ under-storage, full-length front cap closet tons of storage and the ventless washer/dryer.
