This sale is for our 2017 Shamrock 223S travel trailer. It’s a beautiful camper that we’ve used 2-3 times per year since we purchased new in 2018 (10-15 trips total.) We almost always boondock without power or water, so the shower, oven, and microwave have never been used. We’ve only started actually using the toilet on our past two trips. Heat and AC work great (although we’ve only used the AC once.)

I’ve modified the front tongue area to include a toolbox, and I’ve upgraded the battery (and controller) to Battleborn lithium and moved inside the unit. The fridge and freezer are a nice size and in working order with no cracked shelves

This camper has one dinette slide-out and three fold-out queen beds that are a joy to sleep in. The mattresses have all been upgraded to 8” memory foam, and sleeping with canvas and screens on three sides has great airflow and keeps you connected to nature.

The powered awning has a little water staining but has many many years left on it. All screens and canvas are in excellent condition. I’ve spent many hours maintaining weather stripping and I’ve cleaned, inspected, and resealed the roof penetrations regularly.

All cosmetic issues that were previously noted have been repaired. 

I believe this trailer is 24’ long. We currently tow it with an F150 truck. Included with the purchase are the heavy-duty hitch and sway bars. Also included is a backup camera.
