2016 North Trail is being sold as is. I bougth this trailer in 2017 and placed it at my families camp in Oak Ridge, NJ. I put it up on blocks for now 6 years. Condition was real good but recently a rubber seal leaked water and has now damaged a small section of the floor. All appliances and A/C works. Has two 30 lbs propane tanks. Includes a stabilizer bar. Also needs a camper queen mattress. Two recliners have some fine scratches from the previous owners cat. Non-smoker and only used on-site for 4 weeks a year. Fold away couch in great shape, same with chairs, table ect. Toilet is ceramic not plastic. T.V is 2 years old and spins out for viewing outside the camper and is hardly used. Outside speakers too. Outside shower also. This camper has potential for someone who is capable and wants to fix it. Great layout too. Owner manuals for appliances are included.
