This 2017 Open Range Roamer RT310BHS has served its current family well with a spacious layout, making it truly a home, away from home. The bunkhouse has plenty of sleeping spaces with newly upgraded mattresses in all bunks and also acts as a separate space for hanging out on those rainy days. The bunkhouse also features a dinette under a flip up bunk, perfect for kids’ meals, playing games, or as an office or school room! ​

In the main living area, the opposing slides create a large gathering space, and everyone gets a seat at the massive U-Shaped couch to enjoy spending time together, basking in front of the electric fireplace, or having a snack or meal at the quick setup tables. They break down in under a minute and store in drawers under the seats - so convenient! ​The kitchen sits behind a fantastic island, keeping it out of the way from the main living space. There is plenty of storage, a convection microwave, huge fridge, and 3 burner oven. Amazing outdoor kitchen, complete with fridge, hot/cold water sink, 2 burners, microwave, plenty of counter space, and a propane quick connect for the grill included with the camper!

​The master bedroom has private access to the bathroom and has a slide out closet - just like a 5th wheel - and plenty of storage space. The mattress was recently upgraded ($800 mattress) and is extremely comfortable.

​The RV has a 4 season setup and has been extremely comfortable in all climates. The added electric fireplace does a great job heating the camper on chilly fall nights and the dual AC units keep the rig cool all summer long. ​

This rig is in great shape all around! The roof is solid and everything works exactly as it should. The owners have kept up with all preventative maintenance including replacing all slide motors last year. The battery is practically brand new as well. Comes with EVERYTHING you need at the campsite and is fully stocked with newer pots and pans, silverware, and utensils. All new mattresses throughout the bunkhouse and in the master bedroom. ​
