Under warranty: Unit is a B plus. This is easy for this one woman show; It drives like a van, sets up with in 15 minutes, easy to maintain, fits most camp sites, back up camera, self automatic leveler with stabilizer. I recently replaced the air conditioner, power center and bathroom faucet. The seals are intact and not cracking. There is no water damage noted. Pending repair:one dinnette chair will go into the rv upholsterer due to peeling. The leather like vinyl has been a issue rv wide. There are two slide outs; bedrom and living area. Awning has no issues. There is a generator and heated tanks. I am currently on the road in Larned, Kansas on a job and will return to Minnesota in December. I have a brand New Rv cover for winter, which is included ($450 value). There is one smart tv in the bedroom, large tv entertainment in the outside and in the living room which are not smart tv. I use a hot spot for wi-fi. Tires are in great condition and new batteries. I am currently using a memory foam topper; I would reccommend an upgraded mattress as the memory foam slides off mattress. I can cook and prep food very easily as there is the table, extension table at the end of the counter. Plenty of efficient storage.
