The bunk beds, u-shaped dinette and short queen bed give more space for sleeping, eating and gathering and are the hallmarks of this well-rounded camper.The kitchen offers lots of amenities, including plenty of counter space with a beautiful, marbled solid surface countertop, a microwave, 2 range burner stovetop, and a large stainless steel sink with cover that adds additional space. The u-shaped dinette seats 4-6 and has large pull out drawers for storing essentials. The refrigerator is a full sized, 8 cubic feet refrigerator and freezer combo that is capable of storing an abundance of food for longer trips. The 13,500 BTU ice cold air conditioning quickly cools this camper, even in the hottest weather. This camper also has a shower/tub combo and the shower head doubles as a hand washing station with a sink located in the shower. There is a TV mount above the queen bed and outside. Outside you will find a mini fridge with table, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, solar connection, access door to bottom bunk and under the bunk storage, access door for under the queen bed storage, large electric awning with led lights, speakers linked to inside radio, pet latch, convenience light, and electrical/water connections. A 50 watt solar panel is installed and trickle charges the battery.
Brand new Goodyear endurance tires (ST225/75/R15) were installed in June and have less than 50 miles on them! Certificates from discount tire can be transferred to new owners name upon sale.Will also include a Beech Lane curved leveler, brand new (never used) sewer hose and 30 amp cord. Comes with husky centerline TS weight distribution hitch with built in anti sway bars. 1/2 ton and SUV towable (please check your vehicle manufacturer's specs).
