I am the second owner of this unit.
I have kept regular logs of maintenance and repairs. Even when and where a bought fuel.
This drive train is second to none. The Workhorse Vortec engine and Alison Transmission were top in their class.
I have changed or upgraded the following since I have owned it.

• Brakes and rotors on all four wheels have been replaced.
• Replaced exhaust manifolds for BanksPower System Stainless Steel Headers.
• Almost every steel brake line and rubber has been replaced.
• All Bilstein Shocks Replace in the past 2 years.
• All 6 Tires were replaced last year. Michelin XRV 235 / 80R22.5
• Chassis AC compressor in 2016
• On board Genoratator Repalced 2020 ONAN QG 5500
• Both Bedroom and Living Room TV replaced with LCD Flat Screen 12Volt Jenson 42" and Jenson 30".
• Satellite TV works with Direct TV or Local channels. The Satellite works great but not HD.
• Replace most lighting with LED bulbs.
• Replaced over stove Microwave.
• Just this year replaced both House Batteries.

This vehical Just needs some TLC to keep it going. Perfect for a starter in to the Class A world.
All the rubber seals aroud the slides and doors I dress every season with conditioner. So they are all in good shape.
As you can see the clear coat is peeling but the base paint is fine.
